Coaching Program Description

Day by day, the need for Instructional Coaching is growing, for reasons, the most important are: Linking successful students to the performance of specialty teachers. Because of the large number of teacher performance development programs and the length of their duration with the uncertainty of their effectiveness on the performance of all the teachers who benefit from them.

The Instructional Coach is an active partner for the teacher that is providing him evidence-based practices to improve classroom management and educational attitudes so that students can succeed.

The program will pay attention to enabling teachers to manage direct communication with their students, and their parents in a coaching way, to create a new vision with each dialogue, and to stimulate thinking, to further employ capabilities creatively and innovatively.

Zakariya Ibrahim, who spent 25 years teaching, and spent half of those years teaching, and the other half at the school leadership, led the training process. He has writings in the development of teacher performance, teaching methods, classroom management, and school leadership. Also, he holds a PCC qualification, from the ICF. He also studied at CTI and was certified CPCC, the designer of the OPTIONZ-COACHING program accredited by the International Federation of Coaching ICF with its five levels qualified for (ACC, PCC), the latter being the first accredited program of the International Federation of Coaching to be offered in Arabic.

This program benefits educational workers, such as teachers in particular, and education leaders in general. They will get answers to the most important questions: How will coaching improve teacher performance? How will this affect the progress of students in their studies?

The participant will find a new concept for the practice of the usual skills in the educational environment, such as listening, motivation, engagement, negotiation, partnership. To stimulate the inner forces of the individual, promote self-responsibility, and create accountability tools that consolidate progress, growth, and achievement.

This program is for those wishing to specialize in the field of instructional coaching, and those wishing to continue the learning process at the CCE coaching, where the program includes a 40-hour CCE. You can join from anywhere in the world via remote learning.

Passing

Requirements

  1. Passing the first level ofOPTIONZ COACHING.
  2. The participant must have at least seven clients program throughout the program in this detail:
  3. 3 students.
  4. 2 two teachers
  5. 2 Different pupil parents (not brothers)

Admission

Requirements

  1. Attend all training hours.
  2. If the participant is absent for two hours, he or she is considered to be withdrawn from the program and fees does not refund, and is required to pay the remaining fees for the entire program.
  3. Implementation of 21 coaching sessions:
    1. 9 sessions with three students.
    2. 6 sessions (three sessions per teacher)
    3. 6 sessions (three sessions per parents)
  4. Passing the Knowledge Test in the educational coaching.
