Through OCM the coach and the coache work together to explore the options and possibilities, in order to take the appropriate decisions.
The coach in (OCM) knows that the place where the coache comes from is often not his purpose, and it is not what he/she needs as a human being, Coache normally comes with a topic, and the topics operates coache, so it is expressed with words such as: (a problem).

And all what the beneficiary is going through is an opportunity for more learning, more growth, and more self-discovery of his capabilities and other external possibilities can be used to fulfillment his achievements.
