Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Fees must be paid in full or in part with the registration process.
If the registrant withdraws from the program twenty (20) days before the start date, the fees will be refunded in full.
If the registrant withdraws from the program within (7) days before the start date, the fees with deduction will be returned fifteen percent (15%) of the original fees.
If the registrant withdraws from the program twenty-four (24) hours before its start, then only fifty percent (50%) of the original fees will be refunded.
If the registrant withdraws from the program after the start of the program - whether he attended part of it or not - he will not recover anything from the fees.
In case of absence for a period that represents (20%) of the duration of the program, the participant is considered to have withdrawn from the program. Nothing is refunded from the fees. Rather, it is required to pay all remaining fees. Options may consider compelling reasons and take them into account; For example, the participant is required to perform tasks to complete the attendance hours, and additional fees may be required for this.
In the event of withdrawal from the program or excuses from completing the remaining part for any reason, the fees are not refunded, and the student is not reserved for another program, or another group.
In the event that the participant does not take advantage of the exceptional offers opportunity of his own free will (such as the second) if he offers options (first and second levels for free) or (the third and fourth for free)، and he refuses to complete the training on the dates previously specified or that have changed, he must pay the offer fee Completely.
Options has the right to change the dates of the pre-scheduled programs and have not yet started what he deems appropriate for him, and this does not entail any compensation for the registrants, such as bearing the cost of flight or accommodation reservations.
